One out of many facts about our mind is that: In contrast to rationalists, empiricists, such as Aristotle, John Locke, and David Hume, believes that the mind gains knowledge from experience.
Our mind is according to mere definition “The element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; then goes on.”
And life that has magic insight and all it is yielding to is to use our mind to think to feel and to be aware of the world around us, but how many have come within grasp of understanding the use of the basic tool.
We need to understand and dwell in the sphere that “It is not what life will bring us that mat-ters but what we can add on to life to spice it up or make it worthwhile
Knowing that the essence of life that flows from us is to reconnect with our internal value which attention is the focus energy which is sacred.
On the journey Wisdom and respect for human values are our best allies and not just the privilege of the few. Success is the birthright of every single individual, so treated as such
For the start an evaluation of your life to set up goals, acknowledge that “yes”, something needs changing. Faith is a virtue; it does not denied the fact but acknowledges the fact.
It is that fact of acknowledgement that is going to lead the way of the second step, perhaps you may need take on a particular course or a class, get informed on what you would like to invest into your life.
Still before boarding the any venture note that your goals need to be crystal clear, that may involve writing down a business to keep focus and taking a step a time every single day
All have the ability to create whatsoever one desire, Creativity works on a very deep level, some people find it difficult to just let go and let the ideas flow from them
It’s not like you’re going to be made in a particular line of work if that is not what you like to do. You will be utilized according to what you do well, and usually you do things well that you like. You will be guided to do things that you will excel in
This kind of radical life change, you would be living by the flow of your heart since your heart would be your guide
"Our life is the creation of our mind"- Buddha
If this mind stuff is all new to you or you are trying to expand your horizon, understand this:
Mind Power is real.
Positive thinking works.
Visualization is powerful.
Having a positive attitude and using affirmations is as easy as being negative, but way more fun and rewarding.
The truth is we have the potential to do or be anything if we will let go of our limiting beliefs. Overcoming limiting beliefs is very important because they are usually based on fear and fear will make you weak and paralyze any chance you have of adopting new positive beliefs in their place. Knowing this should motivate us to be the master of our thoughts and beliefs and not the other way around. Unfortunately, our emotions often get in the way and emotions are the favorite food of our negative beliefs.
If you want to change, stop thinking and believing that you are a product of your past and start acting and behaving like the person you want to be. You cannot escape the power of belief but you can control it. Nothing ever changes if you don’t do anything different. Finally, you must prepare yourself to receive what you ask for
Positive thinking is not just some gimmick you try. Positive thinking should be a permanent mindset, a way of life. There is no argument that can make for the benefits of negative think-ing.
Switch from thinking “Some people have all the luck” to “I create my own reality so I am the master of my own destiny” and that make sense
Thoughts are perfect reflection of what is in the process of happening. This has been preached since the beginning, but few really understand and believe the power of manifestation. You have the power to make your life the way you want, all achieved by manifesting positive thoughts. Optimism versus pessimism. Everyone knows which one is better but why don't we all practice what we know to be true?
When life happens so quickly, you can get caught “off guard” by things, and allow situations and people to rock your calm inner being.
There is a place, deep inside you, which is calm and serene, steadfast and true. Once you start to think for yourself this is when you truly begin the journey, you’ll see the world in a new way, and miracles will unfold. It just says get yourself together; find a perfect venue and everything else will follow
What can cause us to be happy?
Attitude, "When you relinquish the desire to control your future, you can have morehappiness."
There is just so much in life we can control. One thing is our attitude. Our attitudedetermines our altitude
Another tool is Positive thinking is an attitude that admits into the brain thoughts, words and pictures that are conductive to development, expansion and success.
Nevertheless if your work/life balances seem to be impossible to master? Well, just Let nature take course and inspire you, it is essential that you are self- motivated enough to take concrete steps toward your goals, hope and dreams. Your self is a creation of thoughts over the course of your life. It's your history...it's who you think you are. So even though you know the power of positive thinking is real and should always be chosen over negative thinking, there is a conflict with what is recorded on your mental drive. Your innate need to create your reasoning, reactions and emotions to events in your life.
Start by becoming an observer of yourself. Your history is just that, history. It's only who you are by your own choosing. With conscious effort you can choose to think positive and not react based on your old imaginary self.
Be yourself, meditate, invest in life and life will invest in you, do something exciting,
Talk in the now, live in the now
Circumstances changes people -- for the Better.
Growths are developing basic qualities like intelligence personality and expand skill, effort, strategies and persistence — it makes them more challenging. They teaches how to love hard things, persist, and master them at any given point. They don't need to be puffed. It's a life in which you fulfill your potential, you will automatically experience moment of blessed silence in your head and it's not just being happy all the time, a life of growth that is if you want to create real positive change in your life
There is perhaps no area of your life where self-discipline is more important than in the way you manage your time. Time management is a core discipline that largely determines the quality of your life.
By exerting your self-discipline with regard to time, you can choose what to do first, what to do second, and what to do not at all. And you are always free to choose.
You require tremendous self-discipline to overcome the procrastination that holds most people back from success
You always need to pay attention to and spend time on what you most value, whether it is your family, your health, your social or sports activities or your money and career. It is only by looking at how you spend your time that you, and everyone else, knows what is really important to you.
Just keep in mind that few things matters and looks for absolute development and adjustment in the conscious because being and having start a step away from them, and we are now referencing to 3 points that can help development and our steps to achievement
What is your dream?
A dream is primarily a state of consciousness, where we explore what would please us or make us happy. Dreams tends to leads to sacrifice whether physical or spiritual, whatever that be as the saying puts it, we must first be that change that we want to see
What is it that you want to create?
Well, shall we cite it this way “the man who knows how is better than the man who know what, but the man who know why will always be his boss!
In other words, after visualizing what you want to do, you must imperatively have a clearer picture that will assist you on the following steps to take
What do you want to contribute?
Contributing isn’t what makes achievement but it help promote an idea and is putting passion in a state of awareness, where you idolizes what you are going to make happen in perhaps in your life, in your city or in the lives of others. Compassion is the foundation of who you are.
You may also consider a Business Plan to follow through a step at a time
You were born with a destiny, unique alongside an important mission, so do not delay to live your life purpose. Take off your eyes on the height of the waves rather focus on the horizon. Multiple times a day we have just such opportunity for complete satisfaction…If we first sip a moment of inner refreshment of upper delight, open our senses to the experience, take a mental click and give thanks for the nectar. Ah, this living, the greatest of all
The more we seek ourselves, and truly embrace ourselves as the perfect, whole and creative beings we are – perhaps you were “beating yourself up” for a mistake or thinking “I am not good enough” for something rather than seeing your true worth, insight is that we can learn
When you move from mere knowledge to actual understanding, there will be no turning back; you will be on the road to creating the kind of life you desire. Once knowledge rises up from knowledge to understanding, everything naturally falls into place.
It is as if we clean and we start over again from that point of power and all the while we balanced keep growing and develop all the knowledge we acquired over the years, understanding comes wisdom. Wisdom is how to apply your gained knowledge to magnificently create your life and your world. Knowledge – Understanding – Wisdom is natural progression; an evolution from which you can never regress. Now this realm of infinite creative possibility opens up before you like a sunflower under the warm rays of the sun
The game of human life is all about falls within the realm of possibility for you. This is your journey, only you can walk your walk this is your key to ultimatehappiness. Only you can create your world and fill it with opportunities and possibilities that make your heart burst into song with joy. Sing your Heart out and enjoy the experience

The wisdom of women, especially older women, has always been a quality for which they were known. Although many times negated through the centuries, it is still the basis of many beliefs and customs. Having innate wisdom and the benefit of life experience, the Crone is the wisest of all. The use of wisdom to influence life is found in cultures throughout the world
What is a Crone?
As we enter the realm of Cronehood, we reach the third part of our lives. Being an elder, older women have experienced each stage of existence. They are matriarch, and such, is a wise woman and teacher. They could be a leader, a healer, and a source of organic, spiritual or even magical knowledge.
Within them they have retained reasons or vision of the past and use this wisdom to plan for the future and so they withhold the ability to gather her force once spent in this area and focus their energies and creativity on others matters.
Developing my idea of “Organic Philanthropy” in the 21 century
When we think of wisdom we probably think of sage advice, insightful judicial rulings, and prescient public policy. We probably do not think about turning a blind eye to a disaster in the making
This kind of analysis, taking into account insight and foresight, longer term outcomes, and balancing cognitive and affective processes, may be what makes this an example of wisdom.
Psychologists pretty much agree it involves an integration of knowledge, experience, and deep understanding that incorporates tolerance for the uncertainties of life as well as its ups and downs. There's an awareness of how things play out over time, and it confers a sense of balance.
Wise people generally share optimism that life's problems can be solved and experience a certain amount of calm in facing difficult decisions. Intelligence—if only anyone could figure out exactly what it is—may be necessary for wisdom, but it definitely isn't sufficient; an ability to see the big picture, a sense of proportion, and considerable introspection also contribute to its development.
Mind in nature and Human learning
Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910), Russian author, essayist and philosopher wrote the epic novel War and Peace (1865-69),
Man in connection with the general life of humanity appears subject to laws which determine that life. But the same man apart from that connection appears to be free. How should the past life of nations and of humanity be regarded—as the result of the free, or as the result of the constrained, activity of man? That is a question for history. (Epilogue 2, Ch. VIII)
According to “Interesting Research Findings about Wisdom”
Wisdom is a positive predictor of successful aging. In fact, wisdom is more robustly linked to the well-being of older people than objective life circumstances such as physical health, financial well-being, and physical environment (Ardelt, 1997; Baltes, Smith, & Staudinger, 1992; Bianchi, 1994; Clayton, 1982; Hartman, 2000).
It is distinct from intelligence as measured by IQ tests (Sternberg, 2000). Indeed, Sternberg goes so far as to suggest that intelligent, well-educated people are particularly susceptible to four fallacies that inhibit wise choices and actions. You can read more about these fallacies in Sternberg's entertaining book Why Smart People Can Be So Stupid (2003), but I will summarize them here. As you read the list, see if you can generate relevant examples of famous political and business leaders who have been susceptible to these fallacies!
==> The Egocentrism Fallacy: thinking that the world revolves, or at least should revolve, around you. Acting in ways that benefit you, regardless of how thatbehavior affects others.
==> The Omniscience Fallacy: believing that you know all there is to know and therefore do not have to listen to the advice and counsel of others.
==> The Omnipotence Fallacy: believing that your intelligence and education somehow make you all-powerful.
==> The Invulnerability Fallacy: believing that you can do whatever you want and that others will never be able to hurt you or expose you.
The source describe wisdom as a form of strength that refers to the ability to take stock of life in large terms, in ways that make sense to oneself and others
Wisdom is the product of knowledge and experience, but it is more than the accumulation of information. It is the coordination of this information and its deliberate use to improve well-being. In a social context, wisdom allows the individual to listen to others, to evaluate what they say, and then offer them good (sage) advice.
Famous paragons of wisdom include the major religious leaders of history--leaders such as Jesus, Lao-tzu, the Buddha, and the Prophet. Famous statesmen and stateswomen throughout history such as Winston Churchill, and Eleanor Roosevelt are also exemplars of the strength of wisdom
Since the time of Aristotle, wisdom has been contemplated by philosophers, theologians, and most anyone concerned with the Good Life and how to live it. (For a good review of the history of wisdom, see Assmann, 1994.)
There is much overlap between the way the two groups conceptualize wisdom and their research findings are often complementary
In conclusion of source of research, I define Wisdom as realm of Cronehood, blooming out from the benefit of life experience; within what the elders have retained reasons or vision of the past and uses this wisdom to plan for the future and so they withhold the ability to gather her force once spent in this area and focus their energies and creativity on others matters.
I am using organic Philanthropy as a name for the Crone, built in elders as part of reasons for building a stronger future based on vision and reason.
Our attitude makes a huge difference in our ability to connect with others because we are all human beings who touch each other’s lives
We are already important; we don’t have to prove ourselves to anyone. We are already good enough. It is more dependent on how much love we are putting out into this world, no need to fight, don’t flee…just flow
Giving up to become a channel for the flow of positive energy. Flow of a stream of energy that is filled with love, caring and compassionate
We use the flow instead of the fist to create harmony in the midst of conflict
The world of science has discovered that we do not end where our skin does; there is a light of energy field around our personal body and our physical, mental and spiritual state determine the ‘’health’’ of that body around us which is called “chi”
It can be positive and expansive or negative and limited
There’s an element missing in many books, it’s the very same element that’s been lacking in our society- which explain why it is losing its way, as you may have already guessed, I am referring to the element of spirituality
Here's an article that i once wrote thinking about my own state in life.
Our life is our own and to be honest it has to do with us leading our self in the right direction. We could also believe that everyone is the leader of their own life. No one can tell a person how to adjust to life since we are accountable of our very life!

To be a lifelong leader, you must be a lifelong learner. Excellence is not an accident, it happens when leaders call for it.
Leadership begins on the inside, it starts with “being” not “doing”
Leader is a provider
Purposeful (they approach others with a purpose; to add value)
Relational (they are warm and inviting and work at relationships)
Objective (they assess strengths and weaknesses objectively)
Vulnerable (they model self-disclosure and honesty)
Incarnational (they are examples of what they teach)
Dependable (they are consistent and responsible for their promises)
Empowering (they give power away and facilitate growth in others)
Resourceful (they use every tool they have to grow people)
Integrity builds trust and trust builds relationships. Leaders know what they’ll stand for and won’t stand for. Effective leaders are not afraid to confront when necessary and spiritual leaders lead from the inside out. If leaders won’t carry the ball, they can’t lead the team.
§§§ Love (leadership is motivated by love for people)
§§§ Joy (exhibit an unshakable joy, regardless of circumstances)
§§§ Peace (people need to see the inward peace and take courage)
§§§ Longsuffering (wait patiently for results as leaders develop people or goals)
§§§ Kindness ( care and understand toward everyone leaders meet)
§§§ Goodness (leaders want the best for others and the organizations)
§§§ Faithfulness (keep commitments to the mission)
§§§ Gentleness ( strength have to be under control, cannot be big and tender)
§§§ Self—control ( disciplined to make progress towards the goals)
Personal qualifications of leaderships
What qualifies a person to be a great leader? Most natural leaders don’t aspire to be a great, they aspire to be great persons.
Personal qualifications lead to leadership qualifications. When leaders lead their own lives well, others naturally want to follow. When we want leadership to last, we must pay attention to four crucial elements
1_ Character -enables leader to do what is right even when it seems difficult
2_ Perspective- enables leaders to understand what must happen to reach a goal
3_ Courage- enables leaders to initiate and take the risks to step out towards a worthy goal
4_ Favor- enables leaders to attract and empower others to join in the cause
Leaders gain credibility when they suffer with those they lead. Good leaders build a sense of urgency, destiny and family.
They earn their right to be heard by serving others.
Effective leaders build convincing case for why their people should change. Productive leaders communicate the superiority and the benefits of their ideas.Faith and visions are not options to good leadership, but necessities
Leaders live by vision
1_ Vision (they see the promises from afar off. These leaders have power for today because they have a vision for tomorrow)
2_ Confidence ( they are assured of the promises. They’re remaining optimistic because they want to make a legacy more than living)
3_ Hunger (they embraced the promises. They have ownership of what only their decendant would enjoy
4_ Resolve (they confess they are stranger and pilgrims. They make up their minds. Their dreams, not their memories consumed them)
The more leaders walk the lest they have to talk. And integrity occurs when words and actions
Leaders mot be pure, mercy and justice are healthy motivations. Leaders are to humble themselves so they be exalted in due time. They are judges more strickly than followers.
Simple, Meaningful New Year's Resolutions
By Janice Taylor
The New Year is upon us, and I am thrilled. We now have an opportunity to look back on 2010 with lovingkindness, decide what we'd like to change and what goals we'd like to set, and move forward into a new year!
At the same time, I recognize that the statistics for people actually reaching their New Year's goals aren't very encouraging. Research shows that more than half of those who set goals fall off the resolution bandwagon by mid-February.
What's up with that? Why do we abandon our goals? It's because we take on too much, and we make it all so complicated! We are overwhelmed and under-motivated.
As a life coach, and someone who thinks that goals are groovy, I put together these 21 tips for how to make simple New Year's resolutions.
I invite you to join with me as we ring in the new year with simplicity and in good humor! Deep breaths everyone! I've got a feeling that this year is your year to live a life you love!
Write Down Your Goals
Statistics show that 75% of what we write down happens. Putting your goals on paper both alerts your brain that you are "open for business," as well as sending a strong and positive message to the universe, declaring that you are, indeed, "in the game!"

Exercise Your 'Want' Muscle
Your goal should be something that you really want to change or achieve or desire, something that holds deep meaning for you. It's not about what society or your family wants for you. Deep meaning manifests strong motivation!

Take a Leap of Faith
Jump right into change. Now is as good a time as any to start working toward a more satisfying future. If not now, when?

Find a 'Resolution Buddy'
And share your goals with them. You are now accountable to someone other than yourself, and you will also feel a sense of purpose and accomplishment from helping your friend reach her goals!

1_ Stop Procrastinating
You have a deadline. In fact, it’s right around the corner. But, instead of working on your project, you’re cleaning the house (which, interestingly, you hate to do normally), you’re running to the store, you’re watching TV, you’re checking your Google Reader or you’re looking for old classmates on Facebook. Or you don’t have a deadline, but the same tasks have stayed on your to-do list for weeks. OK, maybe months. Of course, you’re not alone. At some point in their lives, everyone puts off doing something. Fortunately, you can overcome your procrastinating ways and finally get things done. Here are eight suggestions.
Figure out the why. There are many reasons people procrastinate. It could be as profound as fearing failure or as straightforward as feeling exhausted and needing more sleep. The key is to dig deep and determine what’s holding you back. If it helps, make a list of your reasons on paper. Once you can better understand why you put things off, you can find or brainstorm an effective solution.
Detect and ditch distractions. There are tons of things that can divert our attention from the tasks we really need to accomplish. Eliminating or avoiding these distractions will help you get to work. If you’re working on the computer and suddenly realize that you’re browsing random websites, consider buying a program that blocks the web. If your loved ones keep calling or texting, let them that you’ll be available in a few hours, and silence your phone. If your home is especially distracting, work at the library or somewhere that’s quiet and the laundry isn’t screaming your name. In a nutshell, you want to make it as easy as possible for you to start and keep working.
4_ Small Bites
Divide your project into digestible bites. Nothing is more overwhelming and paralyzing than a big project. Where do you start? How long will it take? What supplies do you need? Sit down with a piece of paper (or your computer), and figure out the feasible steps you need to take from A to Z.
5_ A Timer
Set a timer. Starting is always the hardest part. And what often makes it harder is picturing yourself slaving away at a task for hours on end. Rather than stewing in such negative thoughts, set a time for 10 to 15 minutes and start with the first step of your project, interruption-free. Some days, you might even keep working after the timer dings.
6_ Set Good Goals
Set good goals. Ineffective goals also can lead to procrastination. In their book, The Worrier’s Guide to Overcoming Procrastination, authors Pamela Wiegartz, Ph.D, and Kevin L. Gyoerkoe, Psy.D, explain the five steps that make up good goals: determine your values; set your goal; identify the steps you need to accomplish it; anticipate problems and solutions; and reward yourself. The authors define values as “chosen life directions,” which “help us organize our choices and behaviors.” So consider what’s important to you, and see if your actions and efforts reflect those values. Maybe the reason you’re procrastinating is because your task doesn’t jive with your values. And remember that effective goals are also specific, challenging, measurable and feasible.
7_ The Mind
Acknowledge and accept your thoughts. Our thoughts can easily persuade us to procrastinate as we get locked up in a negative, self-critical cycle – without us even realizing what we’re doing. Your cycle may sound like this: I don’t really want to do this right now. Wow, I’m so lazy. I never get anything done. I’m such a loser. So the first step is to spot this litany of negative thoughts. The second step is to accept them. Accept that you don’t want to tackle the task right now and that it’s upsetting to you. But rather than trying to wrestle these thoughts and eliminate them – which saps your energy even more – take a few slow, deep breaths and have compassion for yourself. Everyone procrastinates; the key is to accept it and move on.
Record why you’re doing this project, and why it matters. Because we get so stuck in our negative thoughts and feelings, we often forget why we’re doing a task in the first place. From rational, logical adults, we turn into tantrum-having kids who refuse to work on the monster of a task that we’ve created. That’s why it’s so important to connect to the bigger reasons you’re doing something. (Remember the earlier part about your values.) Jot down why a certain task matters, and keep that paper in a visible place. Reminding yourself of the why gives you the energy, meaning and motivation to move forward.
9_ HelpDetermine if delegating is OK. Do you really need to do a particular task – or can you have someone else help you or take over completely? Maybe you can hire a professional. For instance, you might hire a professional organizer to help you get a handle on your unruly closet. You might hire a landscaper to work on the tougher parts of your lawn. Or you might hire a tutor to help you prepare for your exam or write up that research paper. Or you might hire a babysitter for several hours so you can focus on work.
What can using positive thoughts do for me?
For many of us our lives are ruled by negative thinking. Most of these negative thought patterns were developed throughout our growing years and have become a habit, a bad habit that we need to break.
It's so important to make positive thinking a habit in your life and the benefits are immense. It's been proven that positive thinking can change your body's chemistry. I can definitely speak from personal experience on the power of positive thoughts.
I suffered from major depression for most of my life. I was suicidal during my entire younger years, which lead to a serious eating disorder. It took me until I was 36 years old to finally realize that I needed help. I began seeing a medical doctor who prescribed anti-depressants and also began seeing a therapist for the first time in my life.
By this time, my thought patterns were so negative and such an everyday occurrence in my life that to think of anything positive was a true challenge. I realized that I had a lot of negative and limiting beliefs from my childhood that were put there by others. The first step was to identify all of these thoughts and acknowledge that they were not my own. Next came the hard part, the challenge of changing my thought patterns to positive.
As I got better at using positive thoughts, I noticed that I got better. By changing negative thoughts to positives, my life became more fulfilling. That is the power of positive thinking and how invaluable it is to your life. If this can make such a huge impact on my life, I know that it can do the same for yours.
In order to change your mindset, you first need to be aware of what you're thinking. Literally hundreds of thoughts pass through your mind every day. Your brain uses these thoughts to set up how you perceive and react to various situations in your life. Since all people are different, their perceptions are different. For example, one person may see a job layoff as completely devastating and will become very depressed, while another person will see it as an opportunity to do something new and be excited about it.
While there is no way you can possibly keep track of every thought that enters your mind, you can become more aware of what filters through. The easiest way to do this is to get a piece of paper and a pen and keep it near you. For the next few days, every time you become aware of a negative thought entering your mind, make a tick mark or doodle on your piece of paper.
Most of the time, you're not even aware of these thoughts. They come as naturally to you as breathing, so you're not conscious of them. These are the thoughts that have been ingrained in you since childhood by the people that surrounded you. They've become part of your beliefs and you perceive them as being true, rather than being negative or untrue.
Now that you know how many negative thoughts you're having, exactly what do those thoughts consist of? Some of these thoughts are so deeply ingrained into your psyche that you may not be consciously aware of what they are. They were given to you by your parents, your relatives, your peers, and anyone else who was around you when you were growing up. They all affect your self-image, your self-esteem, and how you perceive the world in general.
The next step is to write down your negative thoughts. This will give you a crystal clear picture of exactly what you're thinking. Now, take a blank sheet of paper and divide it into three columns, negative, belief and positive. Take your list and put the items in the negative column. Go over each thought and ask yourself, “Why do I believe that?” and enter it into the belief column. Chances are that the answer will point back to something you've bought into that someone else told you. After noting your beliefs, create at least one positive statement for each of your negative thoughts.
You may see recurring themes in this process like low self-esteem, fear or even phobias. These themes form your core beliefs. These core beliefs are the basis of your perceptions about life and yourself. If they are negative or unhealthy, they are the reason why you are not achieving the life of your dreams.
Now the real work begins! It's not easy to change years of negative beliefs, but I promise you that you will see progress in a very short amount of time that will keep you motivated to continue working on changing your thought patterns.
Whenever you catch yourself having a negative thought, you replace it with a positive one, refer to your list as a guideline. At first, this is going to take a lot of focus to consciously think of a positive affirmation. However, after you do this for a few days, it will flow more naturally until you find that you are automatically having more positive thoughts than negative ones.
These are a few simple steps to turn your mindset from negative to positive. Living with positive thought patterns can change your life, it did mine. You feel lighter, happier, energy flows freely around you bringing positive things to you and your outlook is better.
